JDA TSG has an immediate opportunity for an A/V Specialist to support a critical customer relationship. You will be working with an extraordinary team supporting the World’s preeminent Sports Leagues and Media Properties IT Infrastructure. Position is be based out of Culver City through late July, then moving into Hollywood Park, CA. You’ll be working on-site daily; remote work is not an option for the role. This is a long-term contracting opportunity, which could last for several years.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:· Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot a diverse, integrated audio-visual environment in our client’s Hollywood Park facility· Ability to appropriately prioritize/triage a dynamic set of requests predicated by stakeholder, urgency etc· Validate AV work being performed by vendors· Provide support (before, during and after) for different types of meetings and conferences – Local Presentations, Video and Audio Conferences, Town Halls, etc.· Deliver white glove (VIP) support for Executive level support· Educate users on AV equipment operation and functionality· Provide support and education for users on Virtual Meeting Platforms, specifically Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Live Event· Perform routine functionality checks of AV equipment in conference rooms and other AV areas.· Provide management, support and troubleshooting on Triple Play IPTV and Digital Signage solution· Support on-site and remote peers on AV matters (troubleshooting, meeting support, education, etc.)· Manage relationships with and scheduling of multiple vendors· Develop and maintain system documentation, administrative, and user guides· Use ServiceNow incident logging system to maintain incidents and requests through the complete ticket life cycle and to meet agreed service standards and service levels· Flexibility to work outside of the M-F, 8am-5pm time frame· Willingness to travel for events throughout the U.S. (10-20%)· Maintain a working knowledge of competitor products/services and emerging trends in the conferencing and collaboration space

The Experience you’ll need to excel in the role:· Education: CTS preferred; BS/BA degree preferred· 7+ years of customer facing, audio visual support for a mid-large enterprise· Troubleshoot AV Hardware - Crestron DM, Crestron Control Processors, Crestron Control Touch Panels, Cisco VC solutions, Wolfivison Cynap Pure, Biamp Tesira, Planar Monitors, Microsoft Surface Hub, etc.· Troubleshoot and speak knowledgably in these AV areas – video conferencing, audio amplification/pickup, video projection, wireless projection, virtual meetings/soft codec applications· Educated on numerous Virtual Meeting Platforms - Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Skype, GoToMeeting, Blue Jeans, Chime· Familiar with IPTV communication· Good understanding of IT Networking· Strong understanding of Microsoft Apps – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Whiteboard· Comfortable providing Windows OS, Mac OS, and Mobile OS support· You need to be detailed-oriented, self-directed, with a meticulous eye for detail· Senior level interpersonal skills, ethical behavior, work ethic, and communications skills· Ability to demonstrate a strong skill set in time management and workload prioritization· Comfortable working independently and as a team, in a deadline driven, media production environment· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
