You can also connect with me on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/brendan-steele-177770101/Daily Responsibilities: Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls, email, Helpdesk tickets, and visits to user community to diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting activities and facilitate resolution Implements and manages all systems, applications, security and network configurations Install patches and perform system backups and recovery Install, support and manage PC's/servers and resolve issues as needed Maintains and operates computer systems or networks Monitors system configuration and maintains data files Provide technical support and guidance to usersRequirementsTop Skills: BS/BA in IS/IT or equivalent experience 4-7 years of relevant experience PC hardware knowledge Advanced working/configuration knowledge of Windows 10 Pro Advanced working/configuration knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc…) Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Knowledge of Anti-Virus software (install/config) Intermediate knowledge of desktop imaging Must be able to lift up to 35 lbsTechnology doesn't change the world.
