Our company is located in Orange County, CA. We are looking for a property maintenance manager to oversee the workers. Many of our rentals are located in San Bernardino county. Perfect for someone who lives in the IE and can travel to the main office every once in a while for meetings or to check in. Must be good with technology as you will be expected to check in with staff every day, multiple times a day. You will manage and oversee the workers to ensure they are doing their jobs. You will buy material that is needed for the job and you will keep inventory of what is bought, what is used, what is left over. You must be dependable, reliable, very organized.You must be willing to follow instructions by the general manager and owner.
