Provider Audit Representative (Customer Serivce)
The Provider Audit Representative will make outbound calls to provider offices to inform them they have been selected for an audit, provide the office with the required medical record documents needed for the audit. You will have excellent customer service and be able to communicate professionally with the providers office representatives. Will perform follow up calls to ensure they have the required information and follow up on status of request. This is a fast paced environment and a great way to increase knowledge in the medical records, HIPAA, and the audit process.
This is a call center environment and we support our team with continuous training, feedback, education, and recognition. We have fun and encourage each other to reach success and growth. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, have an outgoing, and engaging personality plus, be very customer and team focused. A professional attitude is the key.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
HIPAA knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Ability to type minimum 35 wpm
Previous call center experience is required
Must have entry level computer skills

Monday Friday 9:00am-5:00pm 1 hour lunch
