Job Responsibilities:
Be a team player to help grow our Agency
Answer customer questions and concerns regarding policies and assist in making policy changes
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
Make outbound calls
Perform renewal and policy reviews
Meet production Goals
Out of office marketing
Among other job responsibilities
Requirements:
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Professional phone etiquette.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
