Our office is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service representative to assist our clientele. Our main goal is to make sure that we provide an excellent service and respond efficiently to customer's inquiries with an amiable attitude.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls and texts, organize paperwork and database records, perform general office duties.
Requirements:
Good presentation; must be fluent in Spanish (including writing and spelling), proficient in computers, able to effectively manage a high volume of paperwork and busy phones.
