GUIDANCE INSURANCE AGENCY is seeking an office admin/customer support specialist NOW to assist our busy Insurance Agents and help continue to grow our business! Being a licensed agent or having insurance agency experience is a plus but not required, we will train you.

Your characteristics must include: professional demeanor and strong customer service skills, strong administrative office skills, computer literate, being a self-starter, highly organized, love helping people, being a team player, high energy and a great attitude. BILINGUAL English/Spanish speaking required.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Greeting and directing walk-in customers
Assisting agents with any paperwork as needed
General office duties such as copying, faxing, filing, office clean-up, data entry, etc.
Inputting computer data into system, sending out mailers for marketing, etc.
Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays, closing shifts until 6:00 P.M. weekdays and have flexibility with scheduling.
