Since 1946, Gus's has been serving true Southern hospitality and some of the best BBQ in Los Angeles. Gus's is a tribute to Southern life, where family, tradition and celebration are of the utmost importance. 3 years or more of current and verifiable management experience in a casual but upscale restaurant

The Original Tops: fast-casual restaurant in the heart of Pasadena that started it all. Everything is good, but we makes a killer breakfast burrito in particular.

Gus's BBQ Pasadena: bought and renovated by us in 2008, Gus's has been open on Fair Oaks in South Pasadena for over 72 years, serving authentic smoked barbecue and Southern hospitality.
Gus's BBQ Claremont: housed in Claremont's historic Packing House, our newest location draws in crowds from all the nearby college towns. Serves up the classic barbecue in two pecan-wood fueled smokers to guests seated on our wraparound patio.
