We are looking for a General Store Manager to operate and maintain The Halal Guys standards so customers continue visiting this store. Because we are different.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged
Proven experience as a store manager or Shift Lead
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Experience working in a Halal Guys location (preffered)
Responsibilities
Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
