Purpose of Position
Prepare and coordinate the production of all cold food in order to maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you may be required to work varying shifts and days.
Experience minimum of one year as a pantry cook or similar.
Able to carry up to 50 lbs
Able to multitask in a fast paced.
San Bernardino County Food Handler card.
