We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: know the menu and make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to the expo and kitchen staff. Upsell menu items and promote weekly specials to enhance the guest experience. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns and requests. Process payments using the Touch Bistro POS system. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, chairs and dining room floor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments accurately. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 3 years serving experience.
