CAREGIVER

LOCATION: RANCHO PALOS VERDES; RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, Helping with toileting and incontinence care, Providing mobility support (e.g., transferring, walking assistance), Feeding assistance, if needed, Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, dishwashing), Preparing meals based on dietary needs, Running errands (grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions), Organizing and maintaining a safe living environment, Reminding or administering medications (as allowed by law), Monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.), Assisting with medical equipment (oxygen, walkers, etc.), Reporting changes in health or behavior to supervisors or family, Providing companionship and conversation, Encouraging participation in activities, Supporting mental well-being and reducing loneliness, Being patient, empathetic, and attentive, Keeping accurate records of care provided, Communicating with family members, nurses, or care coordinators, Following care plans and reporting concerns or incidents, Attending training or meetings if required by the agency or employer, and Safety Monitoring.
