Necessary Requirements:
Resume
At least one year of professional experience as a Caregiver but will train others
Two forms of ID such as Driver's License, State ID, Passport, social security card.
Physical Examination and TB Test within last year
Valid CPR Card
Two Professional References within the healthcare field
Clean Background/ Live Scan
AUTHORIZED TO WORK in the US.
If you have FBI Live Scan Fingerprint clearance, that would be an advantage.
If you are a CNA/CHHA that would be a bonus
