Now hiring qualified RF Technician/Cell Tower Foreman with at least 3-5 years' experience in the cellular wireless tower industry . Jobs are located in Southern California.

Primary Responsibilities but not limited to:

Installation of antenna system components (COAX, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.)

Installation/testing of fiber

Installation of RF components (BTS, RRU's, antennas, TMA's, diplexers, etc.)

Must be able to perform Anritsu sweep testing, Fiber testing and down tilt procedures.

Must be able to read a compass and figure azimuths.

Capable of identifying essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work.

Read and implement project drawings and specifications.

Transports heavy equipment and materials to work locations including remote areas to perform functions of the job using appropriate vehicles (e.g. 4-wheel drive vehicle, trailer, tractor, fork lift, etc.).

Maintains compliance with all Multiband, OSHA and customer-specific safety procedures and guidelines.

Responsible for maintaining all tools, vehicles and equipment assigned to this function.

Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines.

Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers

Requirements:

Ground testing

Antennae Alignment Tool Proficient

Sweep testing experience ( Anritsu)

FIBER Testing Proficient (ODM)

PIM Testing Experience

Must be able to work at various heights

Must be capable of lifting in excess of 75 pounds

Must be able to pass a background and drug screening

Must have valid driver's license

Follow safety procedures/OSHA guidelines / qualified OSHA 30

Must Pass RF Technician Awareness Certification

Must Pass CPR/First Aid

High quality workmanship

Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and evening hours if asked.

Computer Skills:

Must have Microsoft Skills/Word/Excel

Must complete and submit Daily Reports

Must complete JSA (Job Safety Analysis) prior to each day's work.

Job Summary:

As a Foreman, you are responsible to lead, direct and ensure project and employee success associated with your assigned work crew. The individual in this position is required to work at all times with safety in mind. Must be able to read, understand, and follow company policies and procedures related to safety, and attend all scheduled safety meetings, as well as competent person training and OSHA.

Primary Duties:

Proven leadership qualities with the ability to effectively and efficiently run a job and crew.

Ability to modify work schedules to adapt to ever-changing construction deadlines, delays, and weather obstacles.

Able to conduct, and document toolbox safety meetings.

Organizational skills necessary to manage and maintain highly productive work environment at all times. .

Solid customer service skills with a proven track record of effective communication on all levels from; General Contractor,

Subcontractor, Inspector, Laborer, etc.

Respect the importance of ensuring Company assets (vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, etc.); are properly and

continuously maintained in good repair and secured in a safe and secure manner.

General knowledge of construction practices and familiarity with equipment, including routine service and maintenance;

washing, check fluids, tire pressures, grease, etc.

Able to read blueprints.

Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

The minimum physical requirements that you must meet in order to perform Foreman duties are as follows: The ability to climb up and down ladders, scaffoldings, and lifts. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. from floor and above head, have general knowledge and ability to identify and use basic hand tools. Ability to work in ALL weather conditions; this includes extreme temperatures. In addition, at times, you may be required to work in trenches, manholes, tunnels, closets, and crawl spaces.
