projects. We are committed to delivering high quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions in
architectural glass installations. We are seeking an experienced Glazing Foreman to lead our onsite teams and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Job Summary
The Glazing Foreman leads hiring, team building, and daily field operations for glazing projects.
This hands-on role oversees glass, window, door, and curtain wall installations while enforcing
safety, quality, and schedule standards. Ideal candidates bring strong glazing expertise and
proven leadership in construction.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, lead, and supervise glaziers, apprentices, and laborers; assign tasks and ensure
efficient workflow.
Read blueprints and execute precise glazing installations.
Coordinate with project managers and trades to align with construction schedules.
Enforce OSHA safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a zero-incident site.
Track progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on time and budget.
Conduct quality checks and address rework promptly.
Train team members on techniques, tools, and best practices.
Manage tools, equipment, and inventory; order supplies as needed.
Submit daily reports on progress, hours, and incidents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Team player with high emotional intelligence and positive attitude.
High school diploma; glazing or construction certification preferred.
5–7 years as a glazier, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Deep knowledge of glazing systems, codes, and energy standards (e.g., LEED).
Valid driver’s license; able to travel and work at heights in all weather.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform manual labor.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient with glazing tools and basic software (Sage, e-learning platforms).
