The Inventory Manager plays an integral part in managing the inventory process to support the service and sales department.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage lot operations on a daily basis to ensure efficient prior to and after sale.
Track and verify the presence of accessories, such as car chargers and extra keys from auctions or wholesalers
Help with Arbitration process on Inspect vehicles with undisclosed damages.
Ensure all gate passes on new purchase are received by transportation for a fast and timely delivery.
Ensure all vehicles are located, delivered to the lot and properly parked.
Stock all incoming vehicles in system
Print and place buyers guides in side vehicles and stock keys in key machine
Maintain a clean and orderly lot.
Monitor lot damage, meet with general manager on a regular basis to renew and resolve potential lot operation problems
Record and report any missing keys
By-weekly reconciliation of the physical inventory
Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
