The Janitor/Porter Staff works with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment complexes, with cleaning and janitorial duties that include keeping common areas, as well as the laundry room, etc, clean and tidy, and upkeep tasks, such as changing light bulbs. Apartment Janitors/Porters also contribute to the overall safe functioning of the apartment complex by ongoing routine inspections and noting any concerns and coordinating with fellow staff in scheduling repairs.
Must have janitor/porter experience, preferably at apartments, and reliable transportation.
Must have a clean DMV, and pass a background check.
