We're Hiring: Seeking Qualified Power Sports Mechanic to Join Our Team. We are rapidly becoming the go-to power sports repair shop in the high desert. To support our growth, we require a skilled mechanic with expertise in the power sports industry. Currently, we have over 40 vehicles awaiting repairs. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions, basic toolkit, commitment to prioritizing customer safety, knowledge of SXS, dirt bike, street bike, and ATV repairs. Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, having reliable transportation, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Attention to detail is a must. We offer competitive benefits, including dealer-cost parts for employees and their families, guaranteed time off for racers, and a pay structure based on experience (20-40% of labor rate) with opportunities for advancement following a 90-day orientation.
