Part-Time Maintenance Technician – La Sierra Neighborhood
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a small apartment community located in the La Sierra neighborhood of Riverside.
Position Details:
Part-Time: 5–10 hours per week (hours vary depending on work orders and unit turns) On call availability when work orders are assigned.
Schedule: Flexible within normal business hours
Compensation: DOE (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Complete routine maintenance requests and repairs promptly
Perform unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Ensure grounds and common areas remain clean and well-maintained
Coordinate with management on materials, scheduling, and work priorities
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience (apartment community preferred)
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
