We are seeking a qualified Hearing Representative or Attorney with experience handling all types of hearings, including SC, MSC, Expedited Hearings, and Trials, before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) in Southern California.
This is a contract position involving telephonic appearances, and we are looking for someone who can step in and help immediately.
Details:
Hearings are typically very quick and usually take no more than one hour.
Please provide us with your appearance fee rate.
Requirements:
Prior experience with WCAB hearings in Southern California.
Availability for telephonic appearances.
Professionalism and reliability.
