Our Promoters are often the first face a client see's when they hear about Tough Turtle Turf. It is our Promoter's job to make sure they are able to effectively communicate the goals, mission, and brand to our potential clients. A Promoter's goal is to schedule a complimentary consultation for our Design Consultant to go into their home and give them a price on drought resistant landscaping or artificial turf or energy efficient windows. You will be trained to work in Home shows, Sam's Club Stores or various Events.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up displays at Events (tents, sandwich boards, signage)
Visit our partnership stores such as Sam's Clubs
Attend Events, Home Shows, Festivals, Expos, and Street Fairs
Ability to communicate effectively with various personalities
Must own dependable transportation
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Excellent persuasive skills (closers only on this winning team!)
Must have a cellphone as we have brief daily conference calls
Skills Required:
Clear and professional speaking skills
Professional experience
Self-motivator
Great judgement in fast paced situations
Ability to work with an inconsistent schedule
Can handle pressure and deadline requirements
Comfortable meeting quotas
Can memorize a script
Schedule:
This is a weekday AND weekend job!
Earliest you will be scheduled: 10:00 AM
Latest you will be scheduled: 8:00 PM
Typically 5-8 hour shifts
35-40 hours a week
"Retail-like" schedule
