Responsibilities:
- Must be able to perform work and setup, troubleshoot and optimally run and
operate automated folder gluers and automated Die cutting machinery. (Yawa
automatic die cutter and Heidelberg automatic folder gluer)
- Able to assist in setup and some training to die cutting operators to produce
optimally and safely.
- Fabricate and create parts required in house.
- Able to use welding machinery, mills and presses.
- Must have knowledge on metal cutting and all general tools.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air related
issues with the machines.
- Setup folder gluer and clamshell die cutters to spec provided by lead.
- Assist in die boards troubleshooting and repair.
- Able to drive sit down forklift and use a pallet jack.
- Can identify parts and familiar with all parts such as pumps, motors, belts,
pulleys, etc.
- Able to source parts if needed and provide recommendations on finding
alternative suppliers.
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance department,
dependable, willing to work, including overtime if required.
