The function of the Forklift Operator is to accurately perform the production work supplied by the client, Team Leader and/or Performance Supervisor. Forklift Operators perform fulfillment of customer orders with accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Focus on customer order quality and efficiency
Knowledge of RDT scanners
Knowledge of how to read BIN or locations
Steel toe shoes are required
Employee must Display good Time and Attendance behaviors
Employee must perform daily performance goals
Provide a good response to the company cultures
Display and encourage teamwork.
Communicate effectively with peers, leads, and members of management.
Abide by, convey, and enforce company policies.
Follow all safety rules and report all accidents and product damage immediately.
If required, assist other departments in performing any requested work.
Reports to lead any unusual condition of product.
Forklift Experience:
1 year plus on Dock stocker/ stand up pacer forklift.
1 year plus on Cherry Picker.
Schedule:
Saturday - Sunday
6:00am - 6:00pm (hours worked over 8 paid as overtime)
Pay Rate is $15.00 per hour (Plus performance pay incentive)
