We are a steady and growing vitamin packaging company. Located in Chino for the last 12 years. We currently need TWO friendly office assistants. Duties include, but NOT limited to:
-Incoming Calls
-Know Microsoft Office
-Data Entry - Manual on handwritten forms
-Filing (mainly organizing and removing duplicate files-some computer database organizing)
-Learn about the products we create in order to be FDA compliant
-Contact suppliers to obtain prices for lab testing, bottles, caps, etc.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. We need good communication skills, clear English speaking, and have patience with customers and vendors. I am looking for someone focused in providing great and courteous customer service. Please do not apply if you are not punctual, reliable, stable job history or responsible. I must have someone to rely on. COVID-19 protocols, policies and procedures are in place.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse or customer service environment.
- Bilingual; English/Spanish a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to uphold rules and regulations.
- Patience and de-escalation skills to diffuse difficult situations.
- Applicants interested in this position must be able to wear a face covering for the duration of their shift.
We will start you with 20 hours per week. I am flexible with days and start times too. Upward mobility and more hours available based on performance. Starting salary $16-$18
