Manufacturing company in Corona seeking Office Manager. Looking for independent, self starter, detail oriented, organized individual that can multi-task and manage their time efficiently. Hours are Monday-Friday 7.30 AM to 4.00 PM. It is a full time job but the company may consider employee seeking part-time work or flexible hours.
Requirements:
Must have minimum of 4 yrs. exp. with QuickBooks /Excel/Outlook/Word
Bookkeeping experience
Sales tax -Quarterly
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of general office exp.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, take messages
A/P, A/R and other accounting functions
Make Payroll
Daily Billing
Close out each month
Reconciling PO's with invoices and receiving slips
Filing, light typing
Arrange Freight & Prepare Bill of Lading
Other duties as assigned
