Job Description:

Full time: Monday - Friday

Responds to incoming calls/emails from customers while providing exceptional customer service

Manage a multiple phone lines

Handles customer needs and/or concerns in a courteous and professional manner

Processes invoices, purchase order, UPS labels, and internet orders

Able to handle multi-task

Willing to learn new skills

Data entry and product uploads

Maintain, update and manage online inventory

Shipping experience (UPS, USPS)

Some sales

Honest, reliable and trustworthy

Assists with off-site events

Qualifications:

Computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, Photoshop

Excellent customer service skills

Strong Writing and Verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision

Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks

Excellent organization skills

Works well with numbers

Professional & presentable

Ability to multi-task

Able to work in a fast paced environment

High school diploma

Must pass background check

Bi-lingual a plus
