We are looking for a full-time manager for a mobile home community.
This is a Full-Time Position Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm
IMPORTANT:
You must be physically able for the position, able to lift heavy objects, continuously walking and standing for long periods of time.
Must be friendly, honest, punctual, trustworthy, self-motivated, computer literate (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook), quick learner, comfortable under stressful situations, able to work alone and in a team setting.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
-light maintenance (sweeping of community street, cleaning of the laundry room, cleaning of the common areas)
-implementing property rules
-deposits
-notices to tenants
-administrative duties
-effectively communicate with superiors
-great customer service skills
-good problem solving skills
No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate.
