We are currently seeking an appointment setter to join our Sales Development team in Perris CA.

Job Summary: Office position for an appointment setter which is the first point of contact with potential Avalon Shutters customers. Contacting customers who have already contacted Avalon with an interest in an appointment.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
MUST HAVE SPECIFIC PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH CALLING CUSTOMERS AND SETTING APPOINTMENTS.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) -Required
High volume phone at all times - Incoming and out going
Must learn all of our products and services. Must use fact finding questions to create well qualified appointments for our sales associates, as well as, have an understanding of setting appointments with decision makers.
Must be able to learn a script to determine the customer's needs and interest in purchasing shutters- Great communicator
Must have above average verbal communication skills and be able to respond appropriately to soft objections or concerns from customer.
Takes initiative and problem solves; thinks outside the box
Multi-tasker, works well under pressure, team player
Computer Skills
Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Applicants must possess great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Must be familiar with all of CA and be able to read maps and use search engines to map scheduled routes.
This position will have a various schedule (MUST be able to work week days and weekends including Sunday, various shifts, various start and end times, could range from 8 am- 7 pm)
