I have a client/ real estate investor who is looking for a project manager/ propety coordinator to assist in overseeing his rehab property projects.
My client owns High Horizons LLC. He is a real estate agent and general contractor.
He specializes in purchasing distress properties and flipping them for sale.
Properties are located in the Inland Empire, High Desert and San Bernardino Mountain areas.
Your position would entail the following:
- Overseeing the progress of the rehab from start to finish.
- Document any repairs needed
- Assist with interior design details. Selection of paint color, backsplash etc.
- Hybrid work environment
- Data Entry- Cost of materials/labor
- Travel to properties 1-2x a week
- Marketing homes for sale
- Assist with showing the properties
Current real estate porfolio is 11 properties and counting.
Some are rental properties.
Pay is based off when the property sells. Flat fee each home.
Pay increases & bonuses TBD.
