We are a 30 year old manufacturer of round carbide cutting tools located in Riverside, CA. We are expanding and are in need of Full Time Inside Sales Representatives for our Outbound Call Center. Candidates must have STRONG PHONE AND COMPUTER SKILLS and are capable of generating business over the phone. Must have a professional voice and demeanor and be detail oriented; strong base and commission program + incentives. Job Description:

Account Representative responsibilities include developing strong relationships through outbound calling, working with existing customers, connecting with key business executives in the manufacturing industry and preparing sales reports. Account Representatives will build a portfolio of customers who will provide repeat business allowing for increased commissions. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.

Ultimately, a successful Account Representative is required to collaborate with various departments to achieve sales quotas and grow our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Making 40 to 50 Outbound calls per day to designated lead sources.

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers assigned to you.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Negotiate pricing in accordance with established guidelines, negotiate agreements to maximize profits.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and key executives.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our tools according to customer needs and objectives.

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly & quarterly initiatives to internal management and external customers.

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

Assist with high priority requests or issue escalation as needed.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times with both internal staff and with potential and existing clients.

Other tasks assigned by management and deemed necessary to the operation of the position and/or the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in Telemarketing, Call Center Sales (Specifically Outbound Sales) or other relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including the C-level.

Intermediate to Advanced computer skills. Must show proficiency with CRM software and MS office (particularly MS Excel, Word & Outlook).

Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field preferred but not required.

Will be expected to attend 2 to 3 Trade Shows per year
