We have an open position for a Lead Flood Restoration Technician. We are looking for a person with a positive sales attitude, strong communication skills and common sense. We will supply a company truck and therefore you need a clean driving record. (We will train the right person) This position covers the entire Riverside, San Bernardino and High Desert.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Sell flood Jobs to new potential customers
Call insurance company to help the customer open a flood claim
On Call weekly rotation
Wall and Floor Demolition
Assist Construction Crew with deliveries and trash pick up
Drying Equipment Set up
Mold Clean Up
Construction material pick up and delivery
Create a job scope
Lift heavy items
Move furniture
Schedule technicians
Communicate with management, customers and insurance adjusters
Qualifications:
IICRC Certification (is a plus)
Drivers License (Clean driving record is required)
Must have own tools for construction demolition
English (Required)
Spanish (is a plus)
