Qualifications (include but are not limited to):

. Experience in the collision repair industry (production shop experience a plus).

. Great customer service skills.

. Great telephone communication skills. (provide helpful information, schedule appointments)

. Build and maintain relationships with customers, commercial/fleet accounts.

. Great team player.

. Perform precise check of the customers' vehicles to determine all damage.

. Create concise estimates.

. Perform checks on vehicles to make sure that quality standards are met.

. Experience writing insurance/fleet estimates and ability to work with insurance reps through the complete repair process.

. Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office and insurance estimating software such as Audatex, Mitchell,

. Check in vehicles, ascertain paint formulas, photograph and mark vehicles and write repair orders clearly to assure accurate and complete communication with shop employees.

. Order, track, and receive parts needed for repairs.

. Prepare Daily Production list every afternoon for the following day.

. Move vehicles and ensure that shop is set up for production in the morning.

. Follow-up on all telephone appointments, service appointments, and estimates promptly.

. Recycle estimates in order to capture more sales.

. Conduct 12 to 15 calls a day to solicit new business. (Trade/Fleet/Retail)

. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

. Adhering to and executing Maaco policies and procedures.

. Ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to and met at all times.

. Ensuring the Center is open during all required hours.

. Submitting required reports accurately and on-time.

. Responding to requested information accurately and in the time-line requested.

. Professional appearance and work ethic.

. Maintain a clean and well-organized sales area.

. High school diploma or higher degree.

. Drivers License.
