We are seeking a Construction Associate with 5 years of experience in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, and has a solid background in ground-up construction projects / project management / site preparation for ground up construction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities on construction sites.
Schedule and manage subcontractors and trades.
Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Schedule and coordinate required inspections.
Monitor project progress to ensure quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
5 years of construction industry experience (ground-up construction).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades, and scheduling.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
