Looking for an experienced Waterproofing & Framing Specialist for a 3,300 sq. ft. apartment project in Fullerton, CA. All work must meet SB721 requirements and city codes.
Project Details:
Approximately 3,300 sq. ft. of waterproofing
Demolition of existing waterproof flooring
Removal and disposal of debris (all trash will be hauled off site)
Installation of backing and new plywood (1/2", 5/8", or 3/4" – pending confirmation)
Installation of new flashing in all required areas
Installation of new drains, connected to existing gutters
Ensure compliance with client requests, city codes, and SB721 requirements
Installation of lath and staples where necessary
Application of first layer of concrete, surface grinding, and second layer of waterproofing coating
Sanding and application of two coats of paint sealant for optimal waterproofing and warranty compliance
