We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects forward while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all phases of commercial construction, including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production.
Coordinate daily activities on the job site to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
Ensure safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Resolve issues quickly and make sound decisions that align with project objectives, risks, and costs.
Maintain detailed documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective listening and problem-solving abilities.
Tactful and professional demeanor, able to work with diverse personalities.
Proven experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and quality control.
