Our company is looking for an E-commerce manager to come support our team on Amazon, eBay, and shopify platforms. We are expanding our e-commerce operations and need a detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage our product listings, customer service, and product data. We sell automotive and industrial parts online.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms
✅ Handle customer inquiries, returns, and support via email and phone
✅ Maintain accurate product data, including descriptions, specs, and pricing
✅ Assist with product development through market research and competitor analysis
✅ Work with the team to improve the online shopping experience and drive sales
✅ Use Excel to manage inventory, reporting, and data analysis
✅ Edit product images using Photoshop (preferred)
