NEED TECHNICAL PARTNER FOR DIGITAL MARKETING DEPARTMENT.
We are looking for an intermediate SEO and website developer to partner with us.
We are a startup digital marketing & consulting company focusing on small businesses.
In addition to digital marketing, we also provide our clients with consulting on organizational structure, hiring, firing, outsourcing, implementation of new software etc. all geared towards growing revenues and profits for small businesses.
Looking for someone who is ready to be a part owner of their own company and has the requisite technical skills needed. Our current team consists of a designer, a small business consultant and a google ads and website developer sub-contractor.
The company is ready to take off but looking for the right partner before seeking outside investment. A small buy-in for your ownership interest would, of course, be required since the company is already setup with revenue coming in and office space covered.

Responsibilities:
Management of SEO for high traffic websites
Acumen of PPC and other Paid channels a plus, but not required
Creating organic, keyword rich content
Link Building
High Quality Back-link creation and management
Key Word Tracking
Finding new avenues for digital marketing
Send in Daily reports for measured success
Requirements:
Experience in SEO (1+ years experience)
Deep understanding of the current google algorithm
Experience with Google Ads and other Paid Channels a plus but not required
Ability to work within HTML and CSS
Expert understanding of Wordpress/WooCommerce
Google Certifications a plus (Analytics, Adwords, etc)
Self-sufficient - ability to independently work and take responsibility for goals
Familiar with YOAST or other SEO Tools (MOZ, Spyfu, SEMrush, etc)
Quick learner self-motivated and able to multitask
