Job Title: CX Development Lead (Oracle / Salesforce)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Irvine, CA

Rate: 64/hour on W2 Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship

Position Description:
  • The client is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of CX Sr Developer / Architect with our Enterprise Business Applications Group.
  • Our CX team is responsible for continuously improving internal customers processes through technology-aided solutions, delivering enhancements for enterprise applications, and providing functional / technical expertise for the CX related applications during project initiatives at CoreLogic
  • We are looking for experienced CX Lead developer who can assist to ensure the continued success of CoreLogics CRM platform of services. The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge to be successful in this role:

Basic Qualifications (Required):
  • Implement Oracle Sales and Service Cloud and / or Salesforce Sales and Services per the design provided by the Team Leader
  • Own development responsibility from definition through delivery
  • Exhibit strong design and development skills
  • Orientation to contribute both as a mentor as well as an individual contributor
  • Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Must have:
  • 8+ years of combined experience implementing Oracle CX / Salesforce Cloud CRM systems
  • Must have at least 8 full projects experience, through go live
  • Prior experience with working on fast paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies
  • Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand, analyse, and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Experience with Oracle CX, VBCS, DCS, XML, Groovy, Java Programming, Salesforce Apex. WSDL, SOAP UI & Webservices will be an added advantage.

  • Customers and Contacts Mgmt.
  • Lead / Opportunity Mgmt.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting
  • Service Request functionalities.
  • Sales Territories and Sales Quotes

  • Security Access and Object Customization

  • Ability to work well with highly collaborative team
  • Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and obtaining certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle Engagement Cloud Certification
