- Must possess knowledge of theoretical and practical fundamentals and experimental
- engineering techniques.
- Understanding of FDA, ISO or related industry standards.
- Good understanding of PLM process
- Knowledge of statistical software packages such as Minitab works is required
- Have first-hand knowledge/experience in creating process flow map, developing project
- plan using MS Project Gantt’s, Organize and Manage individual project plan/schedule
- Must possess strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with Internal Supplier QA
- Personal computer skills: Power point presentations, e-mail, Microsoft Project
- Management
- Meet with project core team to review requirements and deliverables of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on area responsibility.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with project team as well as Management
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health,
- Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- May supervise/lead and provide technical guidance to lower level personnel.
