- Manage, coach, and support server compute, storage, and data backup team in a 24x7 environment
- Manage hybrid onshore/offshore SMEs with managed services provider for optimal team composition
- Manage, develop, consume and report OpEx and Capex purchases, renewals, services, leases, etc.

- Lead population of root cause analysis (RCAs), problem statements, and risk acceptance agreements
- Manage production and non-production environments, driving operational excellence and stability through the use of system monitoring, proactive patch management, automation, and best practices
- Oversee hardware and infra software lifecycle management to prevent technology debt scenarios
- Establish strategies, priorities and plans for the Platform Services team, forecasting operational support needs to keep pace with business demands

- Platform Security Operations - In accordance with HCA Information Security guidance, oversee vulnerability and patch management; maintaining secured/hardened O/S image configurations.
- Satisfy internal and external IT and or regulatory audits, remediate findings, maintain detailed work instructions (DWIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in furtherance of maturity
- Bachelor's degree in IT/IS or equivalent experience in IT Systems Engineering required
- 10 years of infra structure engineering experience required
- 5 years of management experience required
- Banking IT experience strongly preferred
- Microsoft MSDBA certification or equivalent experience required
- Microsoft MSCA certification or equivalent experience required
- Microsoft MSCE certification or equivalent experience required
- Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Conceptional understanding of UNIX administration preferred
- Citrix CCA certification or equivalent experience preferred
