Tittle: Customer Engagement AssociateLocation: RemoteDuration: 6+ months Description :Customer Support Representatives provide direct customer support and technical support to users of ALEKS and Connect Math hosted by ALEKS products. We provide direct customer support via phone and email. Our customers include instructors, teachers, administrators, students, parents, and fellow employees.
