Seeking a Data Analyst who has solid experience using Tableau for reporting. Someone who can do all the generation of data, reporting, data manipulation and analysis into QAD or Salesforce.
Temp - 6 mos. Can possibly go to hire.Onsite.Pay rate ideally 43 per hour.8-4,9-5 etc. Experience in a med device, pharma, or biotech company is a plus, as they would be familiar with the standards and regulations of the industry.The position is responsible for creating, generating and managing data for improving product reliability,running the business and evaluating the customer experience. It also includes regular genation and support of executive dashboards being run in Tableau.- Identify reliability and productivity opportunities by using available data and developing databases as needed. - Responsible for leading the effort to enhance the service organization's remote monitoring programs. Actively work with R&D and IT to design and develop the infrastructure needed (hardware and software) to ensure actionable data can be generated, collected, and analyzed through remote systems for current and future products.
- Develop diagnostic self-testing and parameter reporting to satisfy manufacturing, installation and repair documentation requirements. Develop metrics demonstrating effectiveness of connectivity and mgmt. programs.
- Support training of internal and field-based personal on using the dashboards, metrics and data to improve customer experience.
