Great opportunity for a hands on IT Manager with a local manufacturer, distributor that is employee owned. This role:Oversee Systems Admin, also responsible for Help Desk contributions.
Helping with troubleshooting, making sure equipment is working, managing all assets - the right laptops and equipment, etc. SW, subscriptions, etc.Other part is more strategic: more IT roadmap planning, network security and administration, different IT projects, how they conduct IT projects, stress importance on IT budget management - how to propose costs, look for ROI, etc. Vendor management.Education and ExperienceStrong organizational and project management skills, sound judgement, initiative, flexibility and detail orientedIdentify problems or irregularities for early resolution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external customers.Strong analytical, problem solving, problem management and conceptual skills.Strategic with practical knowledge in Systems Analysis and Design for use in cross-functional environment.Working knowledge of AzureWorking knowledge of CyberSecurity componentsFamiliarity with managing an O365 tenant and best practicesCCNA/CCNE required, Microsoft credentials a plus Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience Onsite role. This person can work remotely Monday or Friday after their intro period.Looking for someone who is not far from the office to be able to support the building and be on call for emergencies.
