Detailed Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Funding Representative to support our Automotive Department with Loan Transactions Description:Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Process returns and notify Credit Center.
Collaborate with Accounting dept – Daily reconciliation, GL clearing transactions, and open suspense items.
Process transactions in DataScan Wi system - line adjustments, rate changes, equity transfers, banking updates.
Set up new FP accounts and new Auctions within DataScan system. Process takeovers and take-outs.
Process daily balancing to ensure all flooring transactions,
Set up and book Non Floor Plan loans within DataScan system (Must have knowledge of amortization and non-amortization loans).
Manage high profile Commercial accounts, ie Mobility subscription, ILC, Syndicated accounts.
Perform system testing, as required, in preparation for system updates
Process Enterprise vehicles and Rental Fleet funding, payment activities and daily balance reconciliation, account reporting & maintenance.
Process auction flooring request and Dealer Direct (DAS) flooring requests daily according to department service level requirements.
Review documentation to ensure no outstanding liens are present and title documents have been executed properly.
