My client based in Irvine, CA is looking to hire a Manager of Operations and Investment Services.Must have Salesforce experience and must be fully vaccinated.
Title: Manager of Operations & Investment Services SummaryThe Manager of Operations and Investment Services is responsible for developing strategies for managing the Investment Services Team, operations, escalation, and resolution of issues. You will work with the teams to maximize capital raising efforts, promote Company offerings, cultivate, and manage new relationships, make introductions, and develop opportunities with your existing relationships. This position will also provide client services and sales support and analysis. Job Responsibilities- Oversee day to day operations and process of Investment Services team.
- Evaluate and lead Investment Services team to improve processes, efficiencies, andeffectiveness.
- Manage Investor correspondence /inquiries, Support Representatives
- Review Commissions and statements
- Collaborate on special projects with leadership, including new programs, operational initiatives,new technologies, consultants, auditors, valuations.
- Support Sales Team, including sales forecasting, budgets, reporting, Salesforce support, AIInsight.
- Establish and conduct training and development programs for the team.
- Work productively with all divisions and departments within the Company and its affiliates andpartners, to develop systems, processes, procedures and plans to effectively execute thestrategic plans and goals of the Company.
- Create and implement action plans, budgets and goals for the team and individual projects.
- Assist and support with the development of reports, budgets, investor and industrycommunication, compliance, and licensing.
- Support other company business operations including, documentation, client relations, softwaresupport (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Conduct and execute on adhoc projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Able to work and think independently.
- Strong project management and data analysis skills.
- Series 7 and Series 24 preferred but may be completed on the job.
