All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews.As a Multimedia Specialist placed with KellyOCG , the below information describes the position and responsibilities:Multimedia SpecialistOur Client, a Medical Devices Companies are seeking a Multimedia Specialist, with an emphasis on video content creation. In this position, you will partner with the Marketing and Communications teams across multiple business units to develop and produce a variety of media, including: video, audio, animation, photography, and digital graphics for both internal and external uses such as executive communications, sales/congress meetings, product marketing, and physician/patient education.Key Responsibilities:Manage all technical aspects of high-quality video/audio recording and editing, including: camera operation, lighting, audio recording, media management, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and file delivery.
Suggest and implement the design and development of animated and static graphic elements.
Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders on all aspects of the projects including: planning, content development, production, timelines, corrections, and approvals.
Work independently and collaboratively with other creative team members to support business objectives.
Manage multiple, simultaneous projects while demonstrating flexibility, solid execution, and meeting deadlines.
Work onsite at the Irvine campus – following the hybrid model (office and remote work). Occasional on-location filming in California (preferred).
Understand and maintain multiple business unit branding identities.
Current knowledge of digital best practices and ability to quickly learn and adapt new technologies.
Requirements:BA/BS or similar degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production or a similar role. Healthcare, Technology or Financial Services experience not required but corporate or enterprise experience preferred.
Candidates with Agency/Creative experience must have supported large corporate organizations in a role that was client facing.
Proficient in using video and editing equipment/software: Final Cut Pro X (preferred) and/or Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred
Creative thinker, able to translate ideas into complete projects
Strong organizational, time and project management skills
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
