Product Owner (Loan Origination System/Underwriting)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Product Owner to join a FinTech company for a full-time, permanent position that is remote capable. The ideal candidate will understand or ideally, have worked on a product that relates to automated underwriting and the loan decision process.

Responsibilities:

Execute product roadmap, drive the vision, and manage priorities for each sprint
Decompose epics into detailed stories and ensure the stories are being effectively groomed, prioritized, and delivered on time
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog and maintain a deep backlog of groomed, development ready stories
Balance the requirements of stakeholders and partner with design team to drive functional requirements

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a product owner or product manager
Experience with consumer lending software products
Understanding of the underwriting process and loan decision criteria/rules
