Project Manager

Location: Irvine (CA) position is

• Perform deeper level inspection of product complaint returns
• Identify root cause analysis based on the product evaluation
• Identify potential solutions (such as re-designing product from mechanical or electrical standpoint or manufacturing process or material change etc.)…most of our complaints are mechanical related
• Verify if the potential solution works by performing regression testing or gage R&R etc.
• Qualify the change through change management process (Engineering study, V&V, biocompatibility test, molding validation etc.)
• Implement the solution in production and in the field (work with manufacturing and procurement/buyer/planner to cut in the new change into production)
• Activities above are managed through a project and the engineer will lead the project from start to end with a cross-functional team.
