The client is a medical device company seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator (HYBRID).

Job Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator works independently under minimal supervision and is responsible for supporting the sales management team and internal users with ongoing day-to-day configuration and maintenance of the CRM platform. Please note this is a Contractor position that may possibly be eligible for full-time hire.

  • Create and manage declarative automation toolsets such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
  • Manage any configuration changes including but not limited to approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and report structure.
  • Manage and maintain the sandbox environment in Salesforce.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, communicating with stakeholders of any platform changes to end users.
  • Develop and create reports and dashboards.
  • Manage mobile administration.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including Slack, Hubspot, Ironclad, Okta, LearnUpon.
  • Develop and create training materials for new and existing users.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position with Salesforce.com administration. Salesforce.com and Sales Cloud certification.
  • Experience with basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.
  • Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment; preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Lighting Experience.
  • Experience with healthcare industry; preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server; preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality of Salesforce.com.
  • Strong data and project management abilities with the ability to articulate complex requirements.
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Ability to build custom apps and objects, workflows, custom views, and formula fields.
  • Ability to identify upstream and downstream impact analysis through applications, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, collaborative, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
