- Create and manage declarative automation toolsets such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Manage any configuration changes including but not limited to approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and report structure.
- Manage and maintain the sandbox environment in Salesforce.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, communicating with stakeholders of any platform changes to end users.
- Develop and create reports and dashboards.
- Manage mobile administration.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including Slack, Hubspot, Ironclad, Okta, LearnUpon.
- Develop and create training materials for new and existing users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position with Salesforce.com administration. Salesforce.com and Sales Cloud certification.
- Experience with basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.
- Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment; preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com Lighting Experience.
- Experience with healthcare industry; preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server; preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of best practices and functionality of Salesforce.com.
- Strong data and project management abilities with the ability to articulate complex requirements.
- Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Ability to build custom apps and objects, workflows, custom views, and formula fields.
- Ability to identify upstream and downstream impact analysis through applications, systems, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, collaborative, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
