Salesforce Developer (Remote/Full-Time)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Salesforce Developer to join a higher education institution based in Irvine, CA for a full-time, permanent position that is 100% remote capable. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Lightning, Apex and Visualforce. This position is unable to offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

Build Salesforce.com application extensions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Work with teams to implement new capabilities and features within Salesforce platform
Support development and testing of new Salesforce features
Participate in the full application life cycle: technical design, development, testing and deployment

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex and Salesforce APIs
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Components
Proficiency in tools like VS Code, migration tools, workbench, and Data loader
Experience configuring Salesforce using workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, Formula Fields
Experience in Salesforce security model like roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules
